If you are trying to create your online access to your DirecTV account for the first time, then a few steps. Go to www.directv.com and in the upper right corner hover over My Account and then click Create Account. You only need to fill in 2 of the 3 boxes. So if you don't know your account number, then the phone number you listed when you signed up and your service zip code should suffice, as well as your last name in the remaining box as that is needed regardless.
If that doesn't work and you don't have a bill to verify your account number, then call DirecTV tomorrow when they open.
