Account Trouble

My DirecTV says that my bill hasn't been paid since October, but I can't sign in to the website. I've tried to reset my password and find my ID, both of which are the username and password I'm trying to use. It keeps saying that the ID or the password is invalid.

If bill hasn't been paid since October then your account should be in a non-pay disconnect. When that happens the online access shuts off as there is no active account. You normally have to call DirecTV to discuss your billing concerns at this point. But if they can resolve through a DM, consider yourself lucky in this situation.
