I received a call from Prince (Edited as per community guidelines) associates that i had a bill in my name  on this account (Edited as per community guidelines). This account was never opened or authorized by me. I have never lived on the said address or used any tv services from atnt. You can reach me on (Edited as per community guidelines). Please be mindful about sharing your personal details like, Phone number, email id, IMEI number, account number, last name, Credit/Debit card number, order number, Driver licence details, address. Posting personal info on a public forum is how you open yourself up for identity theft. For official support contacted their Identity Theft Team/Fraud Department.

It’s very possible the collection agency is contacting the wrong person and the account is not actually in your name. You might want to verify that before taking any other action.
