ADT Promo not applied
My wife and I were approached in December to sign up for ADT.
Part of the deal is that our Internet and DirectTV bills were to decrease to a total of $160 within 2 months.
In addition, we were supposed to get an increase in our internet speed.
None of this has happened.

this has noyjhing to do with directv (or even probably ATT re the internet speed). Who approached you? what do you have in writing?

DTV doesn't hire people to approach you at best they where third party salespersons that sell whatever the company they work for wants them to sale or they where scammers.

If this was a salesman selling ADT he was just making up the directv and internet offers. I suggest you get in touch with ADT immediately.

That ADT seller (most likely 3rd party, not company employed) told you a whopper. They cannot affect your existing AT&T and DirecTV services.
