Another lie from ATT

I was promised a $250 reward card and they only sent me $150. I’m currently on the phone with them through the rewards center and have been on hold for 45 minutes. I hate this company. Lie after lie and hours trying to communicate with them.

What does it say on your DirecTV order confirmation?

Sure, I read your post. You didn't answer my question, though .... what does it say on your Order Confirmation?

And I just wanted to be sure that you're calling the correct "reward center".

I didn’t get a confirmation I did my business on the phone and they told me I didn’t have to do it online to get the $250 card they would take care of it for me. I have two phone calls where I was promised that’s what I would get. This is not my first rodeo with Att and I’ve learned to record all my phone calls because of how many times I’ve been lied too. Here again another lie. Your company is the worst.

That's not how it's supposed to work. You should have had to sign off on your order confirmation when the equipment was installed.

But do you think ATT gives a rip ! No they don’t . All I get is I’m sorry over and over again but they never fix it or honor their word !
