Anyone else have a dispute with DTV ? My services have been off over a dispute going on since December & DTV refuses to reconnect them.
Currently have a dispute going on since December for a little over 600 dollar charge from directtv. I have been paying my bills as supposed to, despite that my services have been disconnected over a charge that wasn't a valid charge, and it was in December of 2021. To this day the charge hasn't been refunded and i my services got disconnected on the 16th despite the charge has been under dispute for months. They keep giving me excuses on why they haven't and when they will reconnect my services. Every day i call multiple times and they keep saying your services will be on in a few hours, or 24 hours or 48 hours. And they are still charging me for services i have no access to because they won't restore my services. Directtv really don't seem to value their customers. Is anyone else dealing with this.

When situation escalates to this level, a complaint with the BBB and your local state attorney general often get action.

Having a dispute with a charge doesn't remove it from the bill. It stays valid until such time they decide to adjust it. Until that happens (if ever) it is your responsibility to pay the bill as shown or go through past due consequences.
As this has been since December, I say agents are just passing it on to the next as nobody wants to tell you they aren't adjusting it. Any temporary credits or such just push the problem down the road.
A BBB complaint which goes to corporate would be the next step at this point.
