ATT Global Fraud Department

I had my identity stolen. I have been calling for days, have sat on hold for over 3 hours today. Is there a way to get someone to contact me. I have a court order to refinance my home by the end of the month and can not do so until I get this claim off of my account. I cant believe after 20 years with a company I have not been able to get a hold anyone who can help me.

They have many call centers closed for Covid-19. So with all the stay at home orders they are very short staffed.

If a DirecTV account was opened in your name (identity theft) then there is a way get the ball rolling on the dispute: www.directv.com/notmyaccount

Be aware that everything is moving slow these days, so they might not be able to guarantee resolution within the time you mention.
