ATT Uverse on ESPN app...

I keep getting “We are sorry, but you are not authorized to access this web site. Please verify you are authorized and re-enter your User ID and Password“ when prompted to log into my ATT/ Direct TV account on the ESPN app.

Your topic says U-Verse, but your post says DirecTV.

Since those are two separate TV providers (and the 3rd being "AT&T TV NOW", formally called "DIRECTV NOW") owned by AT&T, I would first verify that you are logging in with the correct TV provider selected.

We understand the frustration caused by not being able to sign in the ESPN app with your DIRECTV credentials.

 

You should be using the sign in credentials you use to stream content in your package through the DIRECTV App or directv.com/entertainment, so please make sure you are using the correct credentials.

 

We also recommend you refresh your equipment online, as this can help reauthorize your services in the event of any errors in the back-end.
