Behind amount or full amount

What do I have to pay to get my direct tv turned back on the behind amount or full amount. I have enough for the behind amount but not enough to pay the full amount . Help? Anybody know?

They won’t restore service until the balance is paid in full to zero. That includes the current months bill

Once interrupted you must pay balance in full to restore service.

 

If you are going to be behind a little bit, it is suggested to call before your are interrupted to discuss a payment arrangement. If you can set one that pushes back the day service would be turned off so you get a little extra time to pay the past due part. Unfortunately once off, then you must pay the full amount to have it turned back on.

As they said, you'll need to pay the full amount of your bill to restore service. In the future if you're worried about not being able to make a payment in time you can set up a payment arrangement. Let us know if you have anymore questions!
