Being charged for services were disconnected 4 months ago

Account # (Edited per community guidelines)

Services were disconnected on May 7 and asked to be moved into new address.

The technician did not want to install the services in the new address because he said the order was wrong.

I am getting bills with high balances for a service I don't have.

I have call several times and nobody seems to care about it.

So, in conclusion I don't have services and I am being charged for it.

You call DirecTV and place a Movers order. Service does not disconnect but stays open.

Did the tech explain why the order was wrong? The way to resolve is call DirecTV and reschedule the install, including modifying it if there was an error. If agent didn't place a Movers order but a new account instead, then they need to close the new account order and place the proper Movers in the first place.
