BILL HAS BEEN PAID AND MONEY DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR DIRECT TV
I HAVE PROOF AND PROOF HAS BEEN FAXED IN THAT THE MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT TO PAY MY JULY BILL FOR DIRECTV . THE MONEY WAS NOT PLACED ON MY ACCOUNT BUT I WAS TOLD ANOTHER ACCOUNT. HOW CAN MY SERVICE BE DISCONNECTED FOR THAT IF PROOF HAS BEEN PROVIDED.WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP BEFORE INQUIRING A LAWYER.

Step 1 is turning off the Caps Lock.
Step 2 is filing a BBB complaint. Someone from the AT&T office of the president will call you and help get things straightened out.
