If a service was added to your bill that you didn't request, then you need to call DirecTV to dispute. If you accepted something like a 3 month special, then it is up to you to call DirecTV to remove when you are done, it does not automatically fall off.
In either case, this is not customer support but a public forum of other customers. So you still must call.
