DirecTV is a United States service, not licensed out of country. As such they do not accept calls or chat from out of country.

This is a public forum of other customers. However they do have an official support team that has 'some' access. Make sure that anything personal is only discussed with them through that Private/Direct Message (DM) in the forum.

Beyond that, many of us (such as those tagged as ACE) are very experienced customers and can give guidance on billing or help clear things up with general info. Hopefully the official DM or general discussion can help. If not, you'll have to call DirecTV once you are back in country (or have someone at home that you trust contact on your behalf).
