Billed for two accounts for over a year

I have been billed for two accounts for over an a year.  Directv setup two accounts when I moved and I have been subsequently billed twice for almost a year.  I tried calling multiple times and nothing has happened.

Setup 2 accounts when you moved, or opened a new one instead of moving the existing one?

DirecTV has had a 60 day billing dispute policy, though up to 3 bill cycles (so prior 60 days plus how many in the current one) is not unheard of. As over a year is well beyond that, your next step would be a BBB complaint to send this to the corporate level.
