billing problem

I have been trying to upload documents on the billing dispute page and I always get an error. I have spoken with 2 representative regarding my billing problem and they sent me to this page which I am unable to upload documents. 

I need this billing issue to be resolved immediately!!

This is a public forum full of other customers, we cannot fix issues with a site. What error do you receive? Have you tried a different browser/device? What type of file format are your documents?

What is the billing problem?

The dispute page is for missing/missaplied payments. If you are disputing a charge, or have issue with an amount, etc. than you have to call to discuss with customer support. Though in this forum we can sometimes provide guidance on the situation.
