Billing / Statements
I signed up for paperless billing years ago, but now since AT&T has taken over I don't receive an email and their website DOES NOT have any information about my DirecTV bill or payments. I literally have to call the 800 number and go through 15 prompts to finally know what my billing amount is. This is frustrating!!! Anyone else have this problem or how can I fix this???

Go to DirecTV's legacy website www.directv.com and log in there. When prompted go to manage account. If it goes through steps to update login info or confirm, then that means it is finishing the integration into the AT&T access. If it goes straight to the account info, then DirecTV and associated billing should be there.
If that doesn't work, then you need to call DirecTV as they may need to reset the online access if your DirecTV account is not properly attached to the login on AT&T's website. I would also verify the email on file (check spelling as well) for the paperless billing, and ask agent to make sure that bill copies is not set to 0 (rare issue but not unheard of).
