The only way you can cancel your account is to call DirecTV 1-800-531-5000. Like most companies, they require a live agent to discuss the situation and see what they can do to retain you as a customer. If their offers do not work, or you want something they cannot do, then you continue with closing the account and anything they must disclose (such as if you have an ECF). When you get the voice system just say "cancel" and that should route you directly.
Be aware that DirecTV never sends someone out to uninstall or take back equipment. If you have any boxes that must go back, you take them to a participating FedEx or UPS store for the free return program. What models are each of your boxes?

This is a public customer forum, I would consider editing out the personal information (address and phone number).
-As for your request, you will have to call 1.800.531.5000 to cancel services.
-Receivers are returnable at your local FedEx or UPS (not usps), you will need to provide them with your acct number for them to process the return.
-DirecTV does not remove satellite dishes on homes or dispatch technicians for cancellations of account
