You have to call DTV. While you can cancel at anytime it doesn't go in to effect until the end of your billing cycle and you still receive service until then. You have 21 days to return any returnable receivers to a UPS/FedEx store at that time.

Be sure that you keep receipt for anything that FedEx/The UPS Store took possession of.
If you need the customer support number, I have it posted in my signature. Say "cancel" at the voice prompt and that should minimize any transfers.
This is a public forum, mainly other customers. We cannot call in and cancel for you.
