Cannot Get Instructions to return DirectTV equipment

We closed our Direct TV account on 1/19/2021 and were told that we would be emailed instructions on how to return equipment. After waiting 7 days, we called again on 1/26/2021. We were told that we would be sent a label to return equipment to UPS store. Today is 1/31/2021 and we have received nothing. How long do I have before we're charged a fee for not returning equipment? What else should I do to return equipment?

What are the model numbers?  You take returnable receivers to a UPS/FedEx store to scan them in and keep the receipt there are no labels needed.

What are the models of each box? Perhaps not all (or any) are returnable.

DirecTV does not send you a UPS label. Here is the correct process.

How To Return The Equipment 

Go to a FedEx or UPS location with your account #. No need to bring a box or label, the equipment will be boxed it up & shipped out at no charge. The process takes less than 5 minutes.
