CANNOT MAKE PAYMENT
I have been trying to make my payment on the app and there is nowhere to go to pay!! where did it go?? now im late and I have been calling and the rep's have no idea this is happening. I have reinstalled the app numerous times and nothing appears , I cant even see my bill

Instead of the app, log onto DirecTV's website and pay it there. And of course you can pay it over the phone with the system or even an actual rep (that you've talked to) as another option.
Just make sure the option is directly to DirecTV so it posts same day. Any 3rd party options, such as your bank's bill pay option, Moneygram, a pay center, etc. can take up to 3 business days to post to the account balance.
Though payment may be past the due date, as long as it posts before the cycle starts over, there would be no late fee (a small built in grace period). Once the cycle starts again, the next bill would show the late fee and mention a date service would be interrupted by if it continues past due. Naturally if bill doesn't reflect the payment, just means they passed each other and you log into your account to verify the to-date info.

You can also put the account on auto pay but if you do the payment will be made on the same day the bill is generated.
Talking to a rep to pay the bill has a charge where using the automated phone system doesn't.
