This service is a joke and I’m going to do what ever it takes to fight the{edited for word filter evasion}. all the way I can. I canceled my service and I got my new bill 4 days or so and of course like most companies, they charge you in advance. Well so does direct ly stick it to you. There’s no prorate anymore and even though I’m not in a contract anymore they still charged me for a month I won’t be using their services. This is crap, and their internet is separate from Direct, but now I have to pay full price for the service. Arbitration here we come! Oh, my lawyer said if I’m not in a contract then, the rules and regulations do not apply to me anymore.

Sorry your lawyer is wrong by continuing to use the service you are agreeing to the TOS.

You won’t let me change my package to a lower level and tell me my bill is past due and it’s not even due until November 9th...
We’re going to go to arbitration and then we’ll see how it turns out when I’m done with your company and I have no contract with you.
