Chat Never Available

 Does anyone ever get into the support chat?  The item is never active when i try it.  I would love to here if anyone gets thru or its there to fake caring.

The link is only usable when there is an available agent. Unlike when you call, their isn't a hold queue where you can wait in turn. It is not "fake caring", but realistically they are a business so caring would be a loose term in general since they are neither friend nor family.

Keep in mind that chat support is supplemental, not a replacement for calling so there options are a bit limited. Also from responses shared there have been concerns with the accuracy of info put out by the chat agents, plus there are no official saved transcripts on your account and instead only whatever you kept on your computer. For those reasons I would suggest either calling, or posting in the forum to get guidance from other users.

I don't use chat. I call into the loyalty department when I have an issue.
