Copy of last statement two years ago

DIRECTV says I didn’t pay my bill. After two years it shows up on my credit report. I’d like copy of last bill and history of payments. How can I get this information. Sounds like a gimick.

An unpaid bill wouldn't be a "gimick". Just comes down to if the bill is correct or an error.

However at two years it most likely was sold off to a collection agency. If so then DirecTV can verify the contact info you need as at that point settling (including disputing) with the collection agency would be the option.

We are more than happy to provide your last billing statement, @Rrlove1977.

Please let us know if you cancelled services less than or more than 24 months ago. After 24 months have passed, your last bill is no longer retrievable within our system. However, if it is under 24 months we are able to provide it to you through the mail within 10 days excluding Sundays and holidays.

What is the month and year of your last bill?

We hope to hear back from you soon!
