Corporate Office

How in the world does one contact AT&T corp?

I find it frustrating to speak with agents that can't help me, but won't give me information to contact the corp. center.

It's incredibly useless to have to post issues with my account on a forum!!!

There is no public phone/email for corporate. You can request the address for the "Office of the President" to write in.

If front line agents haven't been helpful then you have a couple options. When you call and get the voice system say "cancel", normally the retention agents are more experienced and can help with a variety of issues. Naturally you can also request a supervisor.

Alternatively you can post on the forum for guidance from other customers (and the occasional employee off-the-clock). No account access here, but sometimes we can find solutions or help point in the right direction.

Failing all that, depending on the situation the remaining step would be a BBB/FCC complaint. That may result in being contacted by corporate, depending on what is going on.

I'm dealing with the same issue. I was supposedly speaking with a regional manager who wouldn't give me his last name and wouldn't take ownership of my issue. I was told I would have to wait until 7/30 to see if my problem was resolved and that I should call back if it wasn't. I asked that he, the regional manager, call me back at that time to check in with me so I didn't have to be on the phone for another 2 1/2 hours with rep after rep not understanding the problem. He said he cannot make outbound calls and is not even allowed to have pen and paper. This is supposedly a regional manager. I asked who I could be escalated to next. He said there is no one else. The only thing I can do is contact att investor relations. Absolutely worst customer service ever.
