COVID
I am in the housing is key COVID program and I am waiting for approval I am currently unable to meet finantial obligation because of loss caused by COVID. Code of civil procedure section 1179 .02(d) I am submitting my bills to be payed through this program application no 731835 so turn on my service an why am I not getting internet

This is the forum for DirecTV, not internet. Also this is customer to customer, not official support. You must call your internet service provider (ISP) for why you don't have internet.
Though I suspect the reason is you say you are submitting your bills to a program to pay, which would imply they haven't paid your bill yet. If so, your ISP will not turn service back on until they actually get the payment.
