CS Disconnected service without consent

Truly incompetent CS rep disconnects direct tv and internet when I specifically only authorize for them to disconnect direct tv.

 

att has the poorest service, billing is always incorrect monthly and and the reps know nothing but to read what they see on the computer screen!!

DirecTV does not provide internet. If you have AT&T internet, that would be a different department as they are still two service providers even though the same parent owner. A agent should not have access to cancel both.

 

Call your internet provider and see what is going on.

Well clearly it happened and the CS was able to disconnect both!!
And FYI CSR's are able to see all services from ATT (internet, tv, wireless) whenever you call into ATT.

NEED HELP?
