Customer Service
How to get real service...impossible for me. Got a billing problem ( suddenly over 50% more) and tried to call Customer Service yesterday. I had to wait over half an hour..and then..wow...after my short explanation of the problem..the message that the system was doen and ATT Customer Service could not help me. The advice from ATT was: go to a local store..they might be able to help. Really? No virus around? So I tried Twitter..that is a problem ...got 5 names of employees pretending they would try to help..still waiting after 24 hours. So I tried Facebook..looks like the same despicable service.

Sorry, can’t tell you how to get actual help but you may not actually have a problem. If your bill went up that much and you haven’t made any changes, that usually means discounts ended. New customer pricing is generally good for 12 months.
