Premier adds in the 5 premium packs and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries (565).

Sports pack 600s, but remember professional games out-of-market are blacked out.
Encore 535 is pat of the Starz pack, but is in Ultimate, or now even a pack by itself if below Ultimate.
