Direct tv still active after I cancelled.
I cancel Direct tv and my billing cycle ends November 6, 2022. Why is my direct tv still active and receiving channels on the app and receivers on November 7 still?
My account shows my service has been canceled

Check the bill to verify dates. Does it say bill cycle is October 7 thru November 6? Or does it say statement date is November 6? Just want to be sure you have the cycle date and not the date the bill comes out (or is due to be paid, etc.).

As I see you have another thread for this where you canceled AT&T services, make sure DirecTV was set to be canceled. Since they are different accounts they have to be canceled by separate departments.
