DirectTV Final Bill and Damaged/Missing HD Receivers price

Hi

I canceled my DirectTV account on December 13, 2021.  I returned the receivers on December 26 at a FedEx (they were due on January 3, 2022).

Also, I have an ATT account, and every month both the ATT Bill and DirectTV bill were billed in the same statement and had to be paid together (this is no longer the case since I canceled DirectTV).

My question is, when will I receive the Final DirecTV bill?  Will I receive it via email or mail? Or will the Final DirectTV bill be billed together with the ATT monthy bill at some point?

Also, I have read everywhere that if an HD receiver gets damaged or lost, that the amount is 45 dollars. But when DirectTV mailed me the receivers I had to return, it said that HD receivers are 135 dollars.   Obviously, this is a huge difference, and I just want to know which one is the correct one.

Thank you

HX receivers up front lease cost is $99 and an HR24 or below is $199 so $45 and $135 but since they are no longer returnable DTV may not charge for them. The HR34 is also non returnable but the HR44/54 and the HS17 Genie2 are so they will charge for them.

All the receivers that I had to return were non-DVR HD receivers. They were all HR24 and HR25.

If the HR24 receivers are damaged, whats the fee per receiver?

If the HR25 receivers are damaged, whats the fee per receiver?

There is no HR25, there is an H25 that is still returnable so if they do charge you it would be $45.   HR24 is a DVR so you had H24s

@qazqaz

$45 is the non-return fee (NRF) of HD non-DVR and Mini Genie Clients.

$135 is the NRF of regular HDDVR and Genies.

All the receivers that I had to return were non-DVR HD receivers. They were all HR24 and HR25.

Check your model numbers as you got at least one wrong and the other if correct you don't know what the box is.

HR24 is an HDDVR. The H refers to HD and R is for recordable (i.e., DVR).

There is no HR25 (at this time). There is an H25 which is the most recent model of an HD non-DVR. (Notice there is no R in the model number).
