Directv customer service
Is it me or is anyone else disappointed with their customer service. EVERYONE I have encountered are ESL people and we have trouble communicating. They are terrible! I have to repeat my issue several times to get them to understand. Then I can't understand what they're saying most times. When I initially ordered the service (due to a move) I was going to have the same programming installed. Oh my gosh! They called me sooo many times to confirm and go over what I had ordered. I was beginning to think I was being scammed. Hate that AT&T has sold off that part to a 3rd party business.

Customer service according to posts here has gone down since AT&T bought DTV and hopefully their new partner will improve things.
