DirecTV stealing the interest of $30/month during the pandemic, got screamed at like a three year old by CS Manager and then hung up on
I canceled my MLB Extra Inning Package on March 12, (it is stated on my March Billing Statement). I was told at the time it would be two billing cycles (April and May) before the credit was issued. I received my May statement and received no credit. So I called the customer service department. The initial operator told me that it would take another 2 billing cycles before I received my credit, I asked for a supervisor. After waiting for 84 minutes, the CS Manager that I spoke with screamed at me like I was a three year old and told me the credit would not be issued for another 60 days. No matter what I tried to say, she just screamed over me. Finally, after getting screamed at for 10 minutes by your CS Manager, I screamed that I am the customer and could scream louder than her, so she hung up. So the only conclusion that can figure out is that AT&T must really want the interest of $30 over 4 months.
