Dispute
I need to know if you guys recieved my dispute via fax I have been dealing with an issue since July 21, 2019. Direct tv turned my service off for non payment while att autodrafted $875.50 from my account. On August 23, 2019 a direct tv and supervisor figured out what Happened and initiated a refund for me for the $875.50 att sent me $160.50 on August 31, 2019 the. On sep 16anotjsr supervisor saw what happened and tried to correct the problem again And initiated a refund for the amount of $581.08 on October 3, 2019 att again sends out $165 dollars, instead of arguing with you guys doing what began on August 23, 2019 when the supervisor said he told me he would initiate the refund for me. So I could open my att wireless account and get my daughter a iPhone 11pro Max’s and i5 series watch for her birthday September 21, 2019 the stress of all of this and missing my daughters birthday has made me have to call the VA Crisis line for suicidal thoughts. So now you have 7 days to respond or I’ll pursue arbitration

This is a public customer to customer forum, not DirecTV official support. Your "7 days to respond" demand does nothing as this is not contacting DirecTV.
So to check on the status of your account, call DirecTV.

I guess the reason you are experts and moderators but not employees, that seems kinda superficial to me there is no community in America so both of you can take your responses and go back to your own life I am a disabled veteran with ptsd I posted this hoping to get a little support from the community this was my message via twitter and att chat neither got a response, and judging by the way you two responded you don’t know what community or public outcry actually means but good luck to you both in the future the more greed and corruption takes over the sooner things will be refreshed by the blood of tru patriots and American citizens

Getting help from the community is one thing. But it is a community of other customers, so we cannot contact DirecTV for you. Was simply letting you known that posts here do not go to DirecTV support, so you will need to call them for anything that requires access to your account.
I gave simple polite information, so to infer I am not a "tru patriot" or American citizen as a response is insulting, especially since I put my uniform on each day with pride. I am sorry that you are disabled and deal with PTSD, but to take it out on others who are not the cause for your current state (physical or DirecTV related) has no honor in it.
