DtV lies

Please tell me what a previous customer should do when like, after lie has been told. I have spent countless ours on the phone since june 2019, finally had someone say they would help me and then they lied. I just received a bill for early termination fees and I cant afford it. Let alone if i would have had them i would not have canceled. I'm so disgusted and overwhelmed.  Is there anyone in DTV that tells the truth and does the right thing? I will be calling again today and trying to plead my case. I wish your back office actually responded to things.

What was the service agreement for? If an agreement was applied in error then they should correct it. However there are some things that come with an agreement per the Terms of Service and are not able to be waived.

 

This is a public forum of other customers, so we don't have access to the account, but perhaps we can provide some guidance.
