Error code 14-069

Have this error code 14-069 even after restart. HELP

Error code 14 series is a hard drive problem. If the restart was just a red button reset, try unplugging power for a minute. If that doesn't clear it, then you need to call DirecTV to get a warranty replacement.

Be prepared if you have to replace it, agents usually offer an upgrade. Depends on your setup if an upgrade option would be good to consider or not. What are the models of each box you have, and which is the problem one? Best to get all the info before calling.
