Exclusive Costco Direct TV Pricing

So last year i signed up for att and directv at my local Costco. For both services we were paying around $130 a month, which is a great deal. We were told when the pricing ended in 12 months to cal back and they could either extend it or offer new pricing exclusively for Costco members. SO i called the number in Costco/directv and they transferred me to ATT, they checked and said that offer is no longer in system and they cant see offers for Costco members. Unfortunately the number i was given at the sign up time i cannot find. What is the number to call for DIrect TV contracts for Costco members? My bill went up to $217 and cannot get in touch with anyone who knows anything. Please HELP!

Those salespersons in Costco are not DTV/AT&T employees they work for a third party company that sends the order to DTV and say anything to get their commission.

AT&T CEO has stated there will be no more discounts several months ago

DirecTV intro discounts are for 12 months. When that discount ends you may certainly call and discuss options. However, there is no way to guarantee what will be available on any future date, let alone a year later.

Sales agents in Costco don't work for DirecTV, but a 3rd party reseller (Smart Circle) that sends orders for new service to other companies. So too often they will say anything to make a sale. No matter what they "promise" go by what is on the paperwork from DirecTV (order confirmation emailed you upon placing the order).

So now your option is to call DirecTV and reduce your service until within budget
