FILE A CLAIM
Good Morning! Could you please send me the https:// address for filing a claim? We continue to receive calls regarding an open payment needed; however, our account was cancelled October 29th and our credit card was billed for three months after. At the time of cancellation, we had a credit of $25.00. I have documentation for all of this and need a place to share that documentation.

Sounds like the account was not canceled so continued to bill while it was still active until it got canceled by a later request (can only cancel over the phone) or auto-canceled for non-payment. You will need to call DirecTV to dispute. Say "cancel" at the voice prompt to route you directly.
They do not have a web address to dispute a bill (cancellation or otherwise). Previously the only online dispute was for a missing, misapplied (going not to the account it was for), or duplicate payment.
As a note, cancellation doesn't prorate the bill and instead goes through at the end of the service month. So ending with a credit balance would be very unusual.
