Fraud

Completely and utterly disgusted with this service. I've been a customer for over 6 years. In March someone hacked into my account, purchased a bunch of nasty channels. I called and had them removed. This has been going on every day for almost a month. I call have the package removed and the next day its back. I've had them blame my children for it, I've had them tell me it was order over the phone, I've had them tell me it's being purchased online. None of which is true coming from this house. We have linked brand new email to the account, changed pins, changed passwords, locked all purchases, factory reset all tvs and yet day after day the new package shows up on my account. I've spent hours upon hours on the phone with reps and nothing has solved the problem. I've been promised 3 times that a manager would call me back. Never has happened. This service is being dropped and I'm never returning.

Porn package, every night. I'm fed up. I can't say DirecTV hasn't tried to stop it but I'm past the point of frustrated. I can't fathom the fact that they can't pin point how this is being ordered when they have blocked all purchases, changed my pin, changed my email and passwords, locked my tvs, everything.

I've blocked all adult channels on tv and online. DirecTV has blocked all purchases. But yet every morning when I wake up, I get an email at 6:03am, the package has been added back on, please review your changes. then each morning I have to call and cancel it. I've checked if there is any other users on my account and there is none. I don't understand how this is happening and sadly neither does DirecTV.
