fraud

I received a bill from collections for an account that we don't have. I want to talk with someone directly.

If you wanted to talk with someone directly, then you should have called DirecTV instead of posting in a public forum. However, you can submit a identity theft dispute through their webform. Gets the ball rolling the quickest.
