Fraudulent Direct TV charges

Tried to transfer my mobile number from Sprint to AT&T only to find out that apparently I have an $800 outstanding balance with AT&T that was for Direct TV.  

 

I've never had direct TV and I've never lived at the address they have on file for the fraudulent account.  Where do I go to report this and get it resolved?

To dispute an account for identity theft: www.directv.com/notmyaccount

 

Just make sure you spell it correctly. It is not Direct TV but DirecTV (only 1 'T' in the brand).
