Your stealing, my bill should only be $139.99 every month, that’s what the service deal said! And you owe me $7 credits on top of the last 3 bills of $161-$154. So you need to pay me my credits instead of adding charges to steal my credits! Or else I’m going to take this to the police, because this is just like stealing from a atm or out of a store, and you wouldn’t do that. Shame on you direct tv!

We are customers just like you, not DIRECTV. It sounds like you’ll need to call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and say ‘billing’ to the robot so you are sent to the billing department. That way, an agent can discuss the bill with you and figure out what’s wrong.

$139.99 is the cost for PREMIER package the first year. You still must pay $7 for each additional receiver, if that’s what you mean by a $7 credit.

Your bill will not only be $139.99. The advetised pricing is just for the cost of the package itself, usually with 1st year discounts. You still pay for the additional TV fees and receivers services, as well as taxes, depending on your full setup.

That information was in the fine print of the offer, as well as the order confirmation sent to you to read before your service was activated. Once you activated service, you accepted the order as is.

Take to the police? Is this the first time you've dealt with any business? The police don't handle bill disputes or read them for you. If you have a question or dispute with your bill, then you call customer support to discuss it. As a note this is a public forum. For official support, you call DirecTV.

Your not reading the full details of your order and crying "police!", instead of talking to customer suppot to sort the situation, is not shame on them but yourself instaed.

Nah that $1.68 charge for a bill is a guilty charge that they stole $7 and tried to pass it off as a bill.

Sorry but it is not up to you to give a verdict of "guilty". Again, the police do not oversee bills and intervene if you dispute it. That is not what the police are for. A disputed bill, regardless of who is at fault is not the same as someone mugging you or breaking into your home. As such, that is out of the realm of the police. If there is a bill error then sure they (DirecTV) needs to fix it, but so far nothing you've described is an error.

$1.68 for a bill would be correct. That is when they do a bill reprint/duplicate bill/statement request, or however you want to call it.

As for $7 that is what you pay for each TV on the service. That is not part of the package itself.

The following link will explain those fees.

DIRECTV Residential Customer Agreement - Fee Schedule - Legal Policy Center

Now if any of those charges are for something else, then how are they itemized on the bill? Perhaps a screenshot and we can help clarify. Just remove personal info of course.

Like I said Superman, you sound like a (Edited per community guidelines). And that’s probably why Superman gets thrown off of buildings in Batman vs. Superman, because Superman is gay. Just like a $1.68 bill. That you keep sucking the (Edited per community guidelines) of, of a tv service who (Edited per community guidelines) (Edited per community guidelines) itself. So take your little (Edited per community guidelines) riding Superman looking (Edited per community guidelines) back to krypton because gothem don’t need you.

And with that toxic juvenile rant from the OP, this thread is done. Next time read fine print and order confirmation in full. These fees beyond the package cost have been part of DirecTV for almost 30 years.

Superman? If you think that's Superman than you don't know Detective Comics (DC). I just liked the pic for my profile. Your toxic and prejudiced opinions of the characters of those comics have nothing to do with your DirecTV service, so using it for your argument is rather laughable.
