HBO PROMOTION

I signed up for AT&T unlimited direct in August and got a promotion for 3 months of premium channels that I could cancel after 3 months if I didn`t want it and I did.I also had a promotion for HBO free for a year,but when I cancelled the premium package HBO was also cancelled because it is in with the premium package.I would like the HBO reinstalled and have called customer service 5 times and each time I get a bank of representives in the Philipines.All very nice people but sorry that they cannot help me get reinstated to HBO.They have agreed that it was AT&T`s fault that the HBO was taken off when it shouldn`t have.They say that there is no HBO promotion at this time and that they will reinstate it the next time there is a promotion,but don`t know when that will be,and I tell them it was their fault and the promotion was on when I signed up.

It just seems tome that this should be a small matter to correct for a new loyal customer for someone at AT&T to step up and do their job.
