Help with billing issue

Our monthly direct tv bill has increased from $66 per month to $137 per month with no notification. Could someone contact me as I have not been able to get in touch with anyone by phone. We will be contacting Dish and make that move if we do not get help with this matter.

I have tried for two days now to speak with a represenative but have not had any luck.....is there anyway someone could assist me? We will be moving forward on going to a new carrier if we do not get some assistance as we were guaranteed our rates would not go up when we started with Direct

No one here can help you this isn't customer service, you just have to wait it out on hold, sorry there isn't any other answer. You CAN compare previous bills but it really sounds like you had promotional discounts that have expired this is actually documented on the bills so YES you have been notified.

@Skeeter1 this is a customer forum and we as customers have no access to your account all you can do is call and endure the high hold times
