How can I talk to a Representative to resolve an account that I did not have access to but I received a collection letter?

On Tuesday, May 26, 2020, I received a Collection Letter for a Directv Account that I know nothing about. I have contacted AT&T Directv and spoke to several representatives who verified my current account and they have checked the account listed on the letter. I would like to file a Fraud Report because it has been verified that the account on the letter is for another address on the same street as mine but a different address. Due to the Disclosure Law, the Representative could not provide me the address, The Collection Letter is for a large amount and I would like my name and credit cleared of someone debt.
