How do i dispute the last bill I received?

How do i dispute the last bill I received? There is no way i will pay this fee after your tech was not able to finish his job.

To discuss the bill, like everything else you call. The charge remains valid until (if ever), DirecTV adjusts it. But if the work was not finished, they should submit a field service request (FSR) on the incomplete work.
