How do I file a complaint against Directv?
I signed up for Directv with a salesman at Walmart. (first mistake) He offered me a great deal that would save me money over cable. I have the copy of the Customer Sales Order Worksheet. It says my monthly service will be $67.29 per month, and the internet is $30.00 per month for two years. Well that worked fine for the first few months, then I found out there is no AT&T internet service in my area. I was told it was coming soon, they were working on it. It's been over a year and nothing! But the kicker is, Directv raised my bill because I'm not bundling. Instead of the $67 I now have to pay $120 per month. I've called customer service and I have written letters including the copy of my signed agreement, and no one can help me. They all say they don't have the "authority" to change my bill.
I am so done with them and their bad service. I'm waiting to finish my contract and I'm switching. I've told everyone I know about the problem, don't fall for the sales talk!
