How do I file a complaint against Directv?

I signed up for Directv with a salesman at Walmart. (first mistake)  He offered me a great deal that would save me money over cable. I have the copy of the Customer Sales Order Worksheet. It says my monthly service will be $67.29 per month, and the internet is $30.00 per month for two years.  Well that worked fine for the first few months, then I found out there is no AT&T internet service in my area.  I was told it was coming soon, they were working on it.  It's been over a year and nothing! But the kicker is, Directv raised my bill because I'm not bundling.  Instead of the $67 I now have to pay $120 per month.  I've called customer service and I have written letters including the copy of my signed agreement, and no one can help me. They all say they don't have the "authority" to change my bill.  

I am so done with them and their bad service. I'm waiting to finish my contract and I'm switching. I've told everyone I know about the problem, don't fall for the sales talk!

that salesman was a third party seller, they tend to not tell the truth

He isn't there any more. The new salespeople said they can't do anything, it's AT&T that has to change what they are charging me.

I just have to get to March or April and I am canceling them all together. I've told all my friends and family to beware, and not sign up with them.

I have used At&t for 5 years, now suddenly I can't make calls from my area, limestone county  Athens Al. Its 2 weeks they have not fixed the problem. They say it is tower outage.

This has nothing to do with DTV satellite TV service, you are in the wrong forum.

Have had direct TV since ATT took over they are horrible , can't reach a person and channels are being removed to put infomercials on several more channels with over 200 channels over 3/4 are infomercials now rip off to customers

Horrible service , never get anyone that speaks English in the US and constantly removing channels from TV

Post from 2019 regarding false information from a 3rd party reseller in Wal-Mart. Please start a fresh thread specific to your issue and be detailed about. Just make sure you are in the correct forum as AT&T has a few different TV providers under their umbrella.
