Hello, I was told to go online for my reward card, however I do not see a form to fill out, or a way to redeem my $200.00 reward card, can you help me with the redemption part. I came back to DirecTV on 10/14/2020, also this card will definitely help me get Christmas gifts for my grandchildren before the holidays.

You can redeem your card at the AT&T Reward Center. You’ll need either your claim number or your account number, as well as your ZIP code. Once you’ve put those in, follow the simple steps onscreen, and the website will tell you exactly when you'll receive the card.
Having said that, your card may not be ready yet. It will often take up to 30 days before the card can be claimed. Since your service was just kicked on last week, you may still have to wait a few more weeks before the card will show up. If your card has not appeared after 30 days, please let us know.
