How do I need to fax or email proof of payment for a billing dispute?

I need to fax or email proof of payment.  How do I do that?  This is getting ridiculous that there is not an easier way to do so.  I m complaining to the BBB when this is cleared up...if it ever gets cleared up!

If you have a payment summited but not posted, then you submit via their webform.

Thank you so much.  I had been all over this site and could not find the page you directed me to.  I am very grateful.

Nobody here can speed up a change to your credit. This is a public forum of other customers. You may need to submit proof of error to the credit bureaus after resolved.

A service man came out to work on our receiver in our rv but when he got to the house he just laughed and said the the reiver was to old. He never left his truck he never looked at the receiver. So we took the receiver out changed out our atena. So I think a service charge of $108.00 is vrazy.

This thread is about submitting proof of payment that didn't post, which is not related to your issue. Suggest you start a fresh thread.

What model is the box in the RV and what dish do you have on it? There is the possibility that they are MPEG-2/SD-only. If so they must be replaced as DirecTV is in the process of completely shutting down those outdated fees.

However if equipment was that old, then a service call for repair was the wrong thing to do (especially as DirecTV doesn't service RV's as that is custom install). If it was expected to be in the home, then a MPEG swap should have been done, not a repair order as those are different situations. Model of box and dish will give direction on what may be done.
