I have DirecTV stream on 2 TVs in my home. LR works great. Bedroom hasn't worked for at least 4 months. Pressing Ok does not work on remote. I have forgotten my user ID or act number. My husband is in a long time care facility and I believe he initially set it up while i did the installing. I have paid for 2 services all this time and need to get it working. Thank you for your help.
On the website there will be an option for your forgotten login, like any other website. If that is still a problem then call customer support.
This is a public forum (not official support) where people respond when and if they want. So posting immediately after asking your question saying you still need an answer is a bit impatient. Give it some time for someone to pop in.
This thread is for DirecTV, the satellite service, not DIRECTV STREAM which has their own section in the forum. Also this thread is from a year ago (March 2023) so will be CLOSED
Number in my signature still works. Though I am not sure if it applies to DirecTV by Internet as well or just DIRECTV STREAM. I believe for both, but it gets weird when AT&T decides there must be multiple similar names for each service.
