you need to drop it off with a participating fedex or ups store,(not all are participating) make sure you have your account number and get a tracking number ,they will pack and ship it at no charge to you below are links to find a participating center, if you are more than 10 miles from a participating center then call and inform them your more than ten miles from a participating location and they will send boxes and labels.

www.fedex.com/attreturns or www.theupsstore.com/locations.

What are the model numbers as not all receivers are returnable.

What are the models of this "old" equipment? Might not be returnable in the first place. Also if it has been over 90 days since they were deactivated, the return might not be accepted.

How To Return The Equipment

Go to a FedEx or UPS location with your account #. No need to bring a box or label, the equipment will be boxed it up & shipped out at no charge. The process takes less than 5 minutes.

Hello @rachelsthorpe , we are here to help.

You can follow the next link to pay without log in: Fastpay, only need your phone/account number and Zipcode.

If you already cancel your account, there are 2 ways to return the equipment:

  1. Bring it and your 9-digit account number to a company-owned FedEx Office Pack and Ship or The UPS Store. FedEx Office® Pack and Ship or The UPS Store® will send your equipment back to us at no charge to you. You'll get a receipt that confirms your return, and we'll know that your equipment is on its way.
  2. If we send you a return kit: Pack up the equipment you're sending back to us. Attach the prepaid shipping label to the return kit. Give the kit to your mail carrier or drop it off at a post office.

To dispose of equipment you don't have to return nor want to keep:

To know if the equipment needs to be returned, you can check the email that is sent to every customer with instructions on what to do with the equipment after is disconnected.
